2. Product Information

All product specifications, images, and descriptions on maxentrop.com are for reference only. Final specifications, performance, and pricing are confirmed in the official quotation provided by our sales team.

3. OEM / ODM Orders

Quotation Validity — Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
MOQ — OEM from 500 pcs, ODM from 1000 pcs per model.
Payment Terms — 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T, L/C, or Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Lead Time — Samples 7-15 days; mass production 30-45 days after sample approval.
Customization — Custom logo, packaging, firmware, and acoustic tuning subject to written agreement.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Maxentrop is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, force majeure, or third-party carriers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on maxentrop.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks — is the property of Shenzhen Maxentrop Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Customer-provided trademarks, logos, and brand assets used in OEM orders remain the property of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maxentrop’s total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, by arbitration in Shenzhen.
